What is Product Transfer?

Product Transfer is a service offered by Flare Studio. This service offers transferring one's license to another account. This service is only done when the account is valid.

Am I Valid for Product Transfer?

There is a set of prerequisites and requirements that the user must abide by. To know if you're valid, continue reading this part. These prerequisites are applied to the requests made on June 16, 2025, and afterwards.


30-Day Validity

When you purchase a product from us, you'll automatically receive a 30-day validity voucher. This means your account is considered valid for the first 30 days following your purchase. If you need to make a Product Transfer request within this 30-day period, your account's validity will be maintained.

Evidences

Clearly explain to our Moderators your reasons for needing this service, and provide clear, appropriate, and credible evidence to support your situation. Otherwise, your request will be denied.

Upon a Product Transfer request, you will be asked to send a screenshot of your "Thank you for your purchase" message from Parcel. This will serve as concrete evidence of your product purchase date, helping us determine if your 30-day validity has expired.


How to Request a Product Transfer?

If you think you're eligible and valid for this service, you can create a Product Transfer Request by creating a ticket from our Discord Server.

Under the "Tickets" category, you will see a channel named #support, you can open that channel and see an option to create a ticket for Product Transfers.

This service may take up to 3 to 5 business days.
